About
WPVelocity is the studioof Sardar Aezaz.
WPVelocity is the WordPress and AI development studio of Sardar Aezaz, a senior WordPress developer based in Pakistan, building for clients in Pakistan, Germany and the Middle East.
WPVelocity started the way most one-person studios start: with client sites that were slower, heavier and harder to change than they needed to be. Every one of them ran a page builder. Every one of them carried thirty plugins to do what a hundred lines of PHP would have done better.
So the studio has a narrow position, and it is the whole pitch: hand-coded WordPress. A classic PHP theme, written for the site it is on. Content types, SEO fields and structured data in a small companion plugin, so a redesign never takes the content with it. No builder, no framework, no jQuery, and no plugin that exists only to move a heading eight pixels.
The second half of the work is AI, used honestly. Claude Code and MCP tooling sit in the build pipeline — for audits, migrations, repetitive template work and test passes. They make a small studio move like a bigger one. They do not write the architecture, and they do not get a vote on quality. Clean code first, AI to move faster — never as a crutch.
Clients so far have been in Pakistan, Germany and the Gulf: sports publishers, creative studios, supplement retailers, local service businesses. The work is usually one of four shapes — a new build, a WooCommerce store, a rescue of a site that has become slow and unmaintainable, or the ongoing care of one that is finally in good shape.
If you are weighing this studio against an agency: you talk to the person writing the code, from the first message to the day it goes live. There is no account manager in the middle, no ticket queue, and no junior doing the parts that matter.

Tech stack
What I build with,and why.
-
01
WordPress
Classic PHP themes, custom post types and the REST API. No page builder anywhere in the stack.
-
02
WooCommerce
Product architecture, checkout work and template overrides that survive a plugin update.
-
03
PHP 8
Typed, readable, WordPress-coding-standards PHP. The part of the site nobody sees and everybody feels.
-
04
Vanilla JavaScript
Interaction without a framework and without jQuery. Under 20KB on most builds.
-
05
Modern CSS
Custom properties, grid, container-aware layouts, and one fluid type scale per project.
-
06
React & Vite
For product work like ClientHunter, where an app — not a site — is the right answer.
-
07
Claude Code & MCP
AI in the build pipeline: audits, migrations, repetitive template work, test passes.
-
08
Core Web Vitals
Lighthouse, field data and a measured budget per build — LCP, INP and CLS, not vibes.
